Opportunity for a motivated Telesales Executive to join a progressive and inclusive company based in the heart of Birmingham on a temporary to permanent basis.

*TEMP - PERM* Telemarketing Responsibilities:

• Performing a high volume of outbound calls on behalf of clients
• Building rapport with prospective customers, effectively handling queries, and providing excellent customer service
• Accurately entering details onto the CRM and ensuring all data is maintained and cleansed
• Meeting targets and KPIs that contribute to the success of a campaign
• Conducting market research to identify opportunities

*TEMP - PERM* Telemarketing Skills and Experience:

• Excellent telephone skills, articulate and confident over the phone and able to quickly establish strong work relationships
• Customer-focused and can deliver exceptional customer service
• Experience gained in a telesales or telemarketing role would be beneficial
• Confident working in a target-driven environment
• Demonstrates excellent organisation skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritise workloads
