What’s in it for you?

• Work hours: Monday to Friday - 8am - 4.30pm with 1 hour lunch
• Salary: £25,000 to £26,000
• On-Site Parking

Customer Service Responsibilities:

• Process incoming customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensuring all details are confirmed and recorded
• Raise and manage purchase orders for materials and consumable supplies
• Monitoring deliveries to maintain adequate stock levels
• Attend production planning meetings and tracking schedule changes
• Proactively communicate any revised timelines or delivery dates to customers
• Liaise with logistics providers and carriers to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Resolving any delays or discrepancies as they arise
• Point of contact from the Warehouse through to customer

Customer Service Skills and Experience:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
• Clear and confident communicator, comfortable dealing with both customers and suppliers
• Competent MS office skills and ERP systems
• A proactive, problem-solving approach
• Ability to work well independantly and within a team
