A specialist finance provider that offers tailored solutions for the agricultural sector and prides itself on helping businesses grow is looking for an Agricultural Sales Manager to partner with farmers, equipment dealers, and other stakeholders to deliver favourable finance packages.

Agricultural Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with farms, dealers, and agricultural supply partners
• Identify customer needs recommend tailored finance solutions that meet their needs
• Promote a range of finance products in-line with customer needs, including asset finance, leasing, hire purchase, and loans
• Use a range of digital tools to assess credit, generate quotes, and process applications
• Work collaboratively with internal underwriting, credit, and operations team to ensure a seamless client journey
• Maintain regular contact with your accounts to successfully identify further opportunities

Agricultural Sales Manager Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in agricultural finance or equipment finance, in a sales capacity
• Solid understanding of financing products, e.g. leases, hire purchase, loans, asset finance
• Good knowledge of farming/agriculture is preferred
• Excellent sales experience, skilled in negotiating and relationship-building
• A proactive, client-focused approach with the ability to tailor solutions
• Confident communicator with the ability to explain complex finance terms simply
• Comfortable travelling and meeting clients on-site when needed
