Part-time Collections Executive Responsibilities:

 

  • Speak with customers over the phone to discuss outstanding balances and agree repayment solutions
  • Deliver a positive customer experience while balancing customer needs with business objectives
  • Manage inbound enquiries, resolving account queries efficiently and professionally
  • Process payments over the phone
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update account information in line with company procedures

 

Part-time Collections Executive Skills and Experience:

 

  • Previous experience in a customer service, collections, or other outbound telephone-based role
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships
  • Strong IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Confident and professional telephone manner with excellent verbal communication skills
  • A natural ability to build rapport, listen actively, and negotiate positive outcomes
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to remain calm and professional in challenging conversations
