  • Perform outbound calls to existing customers to highlight additional services and products, with the aim of upselling
  • Develop lasting and strong working relationships with brokers, partners, and customers to obtain referral leads
  • Deliver consistent and excellent customer service across all touchpoints to drive the success of the business
  • Setting, achieving, and exceeding daily targets
  • Adhere to strict compliance standards, regularly reviewing processes and ensuring you're working with finance guidelines
  • Relay crucial feedback to the Head of Strategy and work in collaboration with them to optimise performance and process, and to pinpoint areas where partners and customers need further support




  • Flourishes within a sales environment, with experience gained in an outbound telesales role, preferably from within the insurance sector
  • Hungry for success and target-driven, enjoys working towards targets and exceeding expectations
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, positive, approachable, and capable of building relationships and rapport
  • Customer-focused, strives to go above and beyond and enjoys delivering a world-class service

Working hours and Benefits package:


  • Working Hours:
    • 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Salary: £25,000 with bonus
  • Hybrid Working: Typically 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
  • 24 days holiday which increases after 5 years' service.
