This impressive and highly personable Head of Sales is expanding his team once again and is looking for two driven Sales Account Managers to join them on an exciting growth journey.

- Work hours: Monday to Friday, covering hours between 7:30am and 8:30pm
- 7:30am – 4:00pm (once in a rolling four-week period)

Sales Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, successfully and professionally handling incoming queries and acting as a trusted advisor
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing accounts to maximise account value and retention
- Prepare tailored sales quotations and proposals that are aligned to customer needs
- Manage a healthy, every-growing sales pipeline from lead generation through to close
- Actively grow key accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach, market research, and networking
- Contribute to sales planning by mapping out monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and complete all sales administration to a high standard
- Be a positive, collaborative team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance sales culture
Sales Account Manager Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a sales focused role, such as Sales Account Manager, Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, or Business Development Executive
- Has a strong understanding of the full sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing
- Proven ability to identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities
- Excellent communication skills, confident building and nurturing relationships
- Commercially minded with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Target-driven and results-orientated with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
