As their success continues, they're now looking to bring a Lead Generator into the team, and this role can go one of two ways, depending on what you're looking for.

 

The first option is ideal for someone eager to build a successful career in sales. You'll get stuck in on the phones, prove your ability, and progress into an Account Manager role as you continue your sales journey. The second option suits someone who enjoys being on the phone, and wants a role where they can come in, generate leads, and leave each day having more money in their pockets than they started with. Either way, you'll be joining a high-performing environment where effort is recognised and rewarded.

 

What’s in it for you?

 

  • Work hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
  • Salary: £23,810 plus uncapped, target-based bonus so there's no limit on what you can earn
  • Bonus: £50 per lead from an existing accounts, £100 per lead from a new prospect

Lead Generator Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform quality outbound calls to existing accounts and cold prospects to generate leads
  • Build rapport with decision makers to understand their needs and qualify leads
  • Undertake research to source prospects from cold data and existing accounts
  • Maintain regular communication with business to leverage additional business
  • Regularly follow up with prospects to nurture meaningful conversations and trust
  • Use the CRM to accurately record sales activity, track leads, and diaries follow ups
  • Collaborate with a team of successful Account Managers, passing over qualified leads

 

Lead Generator Skills and Experience:

 

  • Previous outbound calling experience, gained in a lead generation, telesales, telemarketing, or appointment setting role
  • Exceptional communication skills, you listen carefully, ask the right questions at the right time, and connect with people
  • Warm and professional in your approach to conversations, with the ability to forge trusted B2B relationships
  • Proactive, resilient and tenacious, you don't let a 'no' get in your way and push on instead
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and targets
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is able to meet monthly goals
