Telesales Executive Responsibilities:

• Make high volume outbound calls to potential clients to promote the company's services
• Identify potential business needs through detailed fact-finding missions
• Maintain a comprehensive CRM system, updating with sales activity and potential leads
• Send follow up emails to potential clients to convert leads
• Collaborate with the wider sales team with the aim of increasing sales and leads across the board

Telesales Executive Skills and Experience:

• Experience in making outbound calls in a B2B environment
• A confident telephone manner, able to articulate clearly and build rapport quickly
• Previous experience working on a CRM system combined with strong administration skills
• Determined and vibrant with a positive attitude and a hunger to earn and succeed
