Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Act as a dedicated partner for your portfolio, providing expert 'hands-on' support and lightening fast resolutions that keep your clients happy
- Proactively grow your accounts by staying in the loop with regular check-ins and using your product knowledge to spot perfect upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Understand your clients' pain points and goals to craft tailored solutions that meet their needs and add value
- Take full ownership of client retention and growth, ensuring every account in your care is thriving
- Promote product launches by delivering webinars that drive engagement and promote growth
- Undertake regular account reviews to showcase the value you've delivered and deliver strategic guidance
- Utilise your trusted position to manage renewals and retentions, ensuring long-term partnerships are maintained
- Keep on top of all administration, recording all client communications and maintaining the CRM
Account Manager Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in account management, combining a natural flair for sales with the confidence and ability to successfully manage, nurture, and grow accounts
- Brings valuable B2B sales exposure and thrives in a target-driven environment, with a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets
- An excellent communicator who builds strong relationships effortlessly, confidently engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to prioritise, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and perform at pace while working independently
- Technically proficient and IT-literate, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, virtual collaboration platforms including Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom, as well as CRM systems
- Holds a driving license and enjoys visiting clients
