Telesales Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage a portfolio of business customers, identifying growth opportunities to maximise account health and profitability
- Approach each sale consultatively, using your expertise to provide tailored solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to your customers, undertaking regular check-ins to ensure solutions still meet business needs
- Guide customers throughout the entire sales lifecycle, being the primary point of contact for all enquiries
- Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring each customer receives a superb service at every touchpoint
- Accurately record all sales activity and customer insights within the CRM
Telesales Account Manager Skills and Experience:
- Experienced Account Manager who is relentless in their approach and enjoys all elements of account management
- Proven telesales experience, confident in growing accounts and delivering against targets
- Excellent communication skills, builds rapport easily and understands what customers want
- Commercially-minded, knows how to spot an opportunity and capitalise on it
- Thrives in a target-driven and fast-paced sales environment
- IT savvy and capable of using Salesforce and Microsoft Office
