Entrepreneurially-led, this specialist company is looking for a personable and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Director and take ownership of tasks that keep the business running smoothly.

  • Salary: Up to £28,000

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide high-level, one-to-one administrative support to the Director
  • Manage the Director's diary, prioritising meetings and preventing scheduling conflicts
  • Organise all travel, accommodation, and transport arrangements
  • Oversee the front desk, welcoming visitors and handling incoming calls professionally
  • Act as a main point of contact on behalf of the Director, always maintaining clear and positive communication
  • Support the Director with both professional and personal tasks, ensuring complete confidentiality

 

Executive Assistant Skills and Experience:

 

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Strong administrative skills, confident handling the day-to-day office tasks
  • High attention to detail with a proven ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to manage a busy, complex diary and prioritise tasks
  • IT proficient, with strong knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Discreet and trustworthy, with a clear understanding of confidentiality
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working independently
