Partnering with some of the UK's most recognisable household brands, this specialist telemarketing company needs to keep up with demand, and is looking for five confident Telemarketers to join their thriving team.

*TEMP* Telemarketer Responsibilities:

 

  • Understand and reach the key objectives and targets of each campaign
  • Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to generate interest and identify opportunities
  • Liaise with decision-makers to understand business needs and qualify leads
  • Maintain regular contact with campaign contacts to nurture relationships and increase brand awareness
  • Monitor all telemarketing activity and report campaign progress to the Team Leader on a regular basis
  • Ensure the CRM is updated with all activity and contains accurate customer information
  • Undertake market research to increase your knowledge and awareness
  • Liaise with internal departments to provide feedback on campaigns and flag any issues

 

*TEMP* Telemarketer Skills and Experience:

 

  • Previous outbound sales experience, ideally gained in a telemarketing or telesales role
  • Excellent telephone manner along with exceptional communication skills, skilled in building rapport
  • Superb time management, able to keep up in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • IT literate, able to confidently use a CRM and MS Office packages including Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Target-driven, enjoys working to targets and has a history of meeting / exceeding expectations
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and team mentality
