Due to expansion a leading and successful organisation with offices in Tamworth is looking to recruit a Telesales Executive to join its busy, dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody looking to develop a career within a well-established and vibrant corporate environment.

Telesales Executive Responsibilities:

• Making high volume outbound calls to potential clients to promote services
• Identifying potential business needs through detailed fact finding missions
• Maintaining a comprehensive CRM system, updating with sales activity and potential leads
• Sending follow up emails to potential clients to convert leads

Telesales Executive Skills and Experience:

• Experience of cold calling in a B2B environment
• A confident telephone manner, able to articulate clearly and build rapport
• Previous experience working on a CRM system
