Our client is a well-established organisation operating within a regulated manufacturing environment. They are looking to recruit an experienced Quality Assurance professional to oversee and continuously improve their Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Quality Assurance Leader Responsibilities:
- Oversee and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Prepare, review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality documentation, CAPAs and change controls.
- Conduct internal and supplier audits, monitor compliance, and produce reports to support continuous improvement.
- Work closely with internal departments and external suppliers to maintain quality standards throughout the business.
- Manage quality-related enquiries, investigations and documentation, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate quality records, batch documentation and health & safety procedures while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the department.
Quality Assurance Leader Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience within a Quality Assurance role in a highly regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), quality standards, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
