It's an exciting time for Midas Recruitment, which means we are now looking to enhance our team by hiring a 360 Recruitment Consultant to work within our busy office based near Sutton Coldfield.

  • Working to sales objectives and financial targets
  • Generating new business for a range of warm and existing clients
  • Sourcing candidates from job boards, our existing database, through LinkedIn and social media
  • Building close working relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Interviewing candidates face-to-face, over the phone, and via Skype and WhatsApp
  • Taking a proactive approach to obtaining business and developing long standing relationships with clients
  • Undertaking client meetings visits to identify requirements for staff
  • Attending local networking groups and meetings as required




  • Previous 360 recruitment experience gained within an agency environment, although we are flexible what industry sector your experience has been gained in
  • Has a proven track record in business development
  • Superb communication skills, able to forge close working relationships and rapport with candidates and clients


Working hours and Benefits package:


  • Attractive salary depending on experience paying up to £25,000
  • Uncapped, realistic OTE of up to 25% of the commission payable
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday working 8.30am - 5.00pm with an early finish of 3pm on a Friday. Will consider reduced hours for the right candidate.
