About the Client:

Our Clients works with major entertainment companies and licensing houses to develop products based on popular characters and brands, their talented in-house product development and design team work closely with our carefully selected suppliers who manufacture all our products to exacting European safety and ethical standards.


Duties for the Sales Administrator role include:

  • Making outbound warm calls to existing customers to obtain orders
  • Up sell or sell add-ons to incoming calls
  • Place orders on the inhouse database
  • Progress chase carriers if necessary
  • Arrange collection of faulty goods
  • Input credits on the system
  • Do weekly stock availability
  • Complete Excel spreadsheets
  • Contact end user to arrange delivery date
  • Promote and update special offers
  • Action inbound emails
  • Complete weekly telesales report of week's activity


Experience required for the Sales Administrator:

  • Used to working in a customer focused, sales environment
  • Accuracy when inputting orders
  • Must be a team player who can multitask and willing to go  the extra mile when required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Working hours and Benefits package:

  • Working hours are 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 1.30pm on a Friday
  • Commission on sales with an extra OTE of up to  £3,000
