A newly introduced role, this Inbound Sales Coordinator position is an exciting opportunity and is perfect for a candidate who enjoys taking customers throughout the entire sales journey whilst delivering exceptional customer service across all touchpoints.

What’s in it for you?

• Work hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:15am to 5pm; Friday 8:30am to 3pm
• Salary: Starting salary of £28,000 rising to £30,000 following probation
• Potential to earn an additional 20% in commission per annum

Inbound Sales Executive Responsibilities:

• Successfully manage existing accounts by maintaining proactive communications and promoting new products and services
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers
• Handle inbound sales enquiries and confidently close sales over the phone and via email
• Meet and exceed agreed targets and KPIs by building a healthy sales pipeline
• Ensure all customer data is accurate and is updated with all necessary sales information
• Work in conjunction with the outbound sales team to maintain sales activity

Inbound Sales Executive Skills and Experience:

• Previous sales experience is essential, with a demonstrable history of exceeding targets and maintaining high sales activity
• Customer-centric, always focused on delivering the best customer experience
• Strong communicator who enjoys engaging with both new and existing customer
• Target driven with plenty of ambition and demonstrates confidence in all aspects of sales
• Resilient, proactive, and determined to succeed
• Experience using Hubspot would be beneficial
