Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities:

 

  • Regularly liaise with business customers to resolve queries, aiming to provide a one-call resolution
  • Build relationships with customers and foster close-knit relationships that enable you to deliver exceptional service
  • Liaise with customers over the phone and via email to process orders, working together to ensure the products are in line with their requirements and timescales
  • Offer support across the wider customer service team when necessary
  • Record all customer contact through the system

 

Customer Support Specialist Skills and Experience:

 

  • Proven experience gained in a similar customer service role, with a history of delivering excellent customer service
  • Solutions-focused with plenty of initiative, always looking at ways to make improvements and confident resolving issues
  • Strong communicator, able to deliver information clearly and concisely and understands the importance of listening
  • A team player, happy to help where needed and undertake ad-hoc tasks
  • Good administration skills with the ability to record information through CRM systems
  • Possesses a minimum of 4 GCSE's, including Maths and English
