Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:

 

  • Overseeing a selection of existing accounts with the aim of upselling, cross-selling and retaining existing business
  • Reaching out to warm sales leads to close sales and follow up on outstanding quotations and orders
  • Provide in-depth quotations, sending them to prospective and existing customers in accordance to agreed timescales and logging all information on the CRM
  • Identifying potential opportunities through positive customer contact and referring these opportunities to the sales team
  • Supporting with the development of existing business, using your sales know-how to convert enquiries into sales
  • Ensuring a top-tier customer experience is delivered across each touchpoint
  • Maintaining all customer records and updating accounts with sales activity in order to produce progress reports

 

Sales Coordinator Skills and Experience:

 

  • Skilled nurturing relationships and building existing accounts
  • Demonstrates strong account handling and sales skills
  • Has gained experience within a similar role which involves maximising account profitability and following up on quotes
  • Possesses strong customer service and administration skills, always striving to go above and beyond and deliver excellence
  • Professional and proactive, enjoys a varied role and handling multiple accounts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to produce sales reports and quotations and build rapport over the phone
