Our client is a hugely successful National service provider founded in the 1960s and has grown rapidly over recent years, they currently employ over 3,000 staff. Dealing with customers ranging from single site SMEs to multi-national chains through to small independent retailers, they offer the same great level of service to all.




  • Research companies and markets to find suitable companies that may be interested in the products and services offered
  • Reach out to potential B2B clients, calling them and speaking to decision-makers to identify their needs and the services that would best suit their requirements
  • Establish and nurture new relationships with customers to enhance relationships, build loyalty, and identify further potential opportunities
  • Problem-solve and use your initiative to overcome objections, using your negotiation skills and personable approach to ensure enquiries turn into leads and sales
  • Actively develop a strong network of potential clients, spanning across a variety of industries
  • Deliver against revenue targets, always striving to exceed them




  • Previous experience in a new business or telesales role, who is hungry for success and is keen to close sales
  • Proven track record of generating quality leads and winning new business in an outbound environment
  • Resilient and determined, with a natural ability to achieve and surpass agreed targets
  • Takes an enthusiastic and confident approach, able to determine customer needs and provide solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills, naturally capable of building rapport, trust, and lasting business relationships at all levels
  • Seeking a career, where progression is encouraged and training provided


Working hours and Benefits package:


  • Working hours:
    • Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm with 2 x 15-minute breaks and a ½ hour lunch
  • 23 Days holiday + bank holidays
  • Realistic, achievable OTE of £35,000 with a guaranteed base salary of £24,651
