A unique opening has arisen within the Health and Safety Consultancy Department of this national charity, as they search for an enthusiastic Trainee Water and Leisure Consultant who is willing to learn and keen to kickstart a meaningful career.
Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Act as a key member of the Water and Leisure Department, serving as the primary point of the contact for members of the public and existing and potential customers
- Use your exceptional administration skills to maintain the CRM database, which will involve recording enquiries, requests, contact details, and job statuses
- Respond to requests from the public and customers, ensuring they are dealt with efficiently and effectively
- Ensure all data is held and processed in line with compliance and data protection regulations
- Assist the Water and Leisure events throughout the year
- Support the sales team by identifying potential business opportunities from incoming enquiries and assist with scoping out new water and leisure projects
- Undertake relevant training that will enhance your career and put you on the path to become a Water and Leisure Consultant, where in time you'll take responsibility for:
- Writing reports
- Reviewing CAD drawings, photos, and aerial views
- Conduct on-site water safety reviews
- Engage in water safety research
- Undertake training courses for Health and Safety qualifications including NEBOSH General Certificate and NVQ L6
- Assist with commercial initiatives and project proposals
Experience:
- Boasts excellent administration skills with a keen eye for detail
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise at all levels in a professional and friendly manner, both in writing and verbally
- Skilled in managing your own workload and has excellent time management skills
- Holds a GCSE in English and Maths, grade C or above

Working hours and Benefits package:
- Working Hours:
- 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working, combining office and home-based days
- Salary: £25,000 per annum
