About the Client:

Duties for the role of Clinical Administrator:

  • Providing clerical support to the clinical team
  • Cover reception on a rota basis as required
  • Take delivery of supplies and deal with accordingly: restocking the stationery cupboard, follow the cold chain procedure for vaccine
  • Answer incoming calls and deal with customer queries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Support clinicians with new starter health screening, process outcome forms, book follow up appointments, answer client and customer queries
  • Work alongside colleagues to service enhanced customers with adminstration duties
  • Process clinician reports, answer queries, manage third party report requests, recharge invoices, update Cohort software and ensure data is maintained accurately including the production of related correspondence
  • Undertake any other duties as required consistent with the grading of the job which fall within the capabilities of the post holder

Experience required for the Clinical Administrator:

  • Accurate keyboard skills
  • Ability to prioritise work
  • Excellent MS Office skills and the ability to learn additional software packages
  • Great communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Flexible approach to work
  • Discretion in the handling of confidential information

 

Working hours and Benefits package:

This position will be a full time hybrid role, working 1 day in our office  and 4 days working from home.  The hours of work would be 8.30am to 5pm with an hour for lunch or 9am to 5pm with ½ hour lunch.
