A superb opportunity has arisen with an impressive specialist recruitment agency that boasts a number of excellent reviews! Directly supporting one of their best performing Recruitment Consultant's, this Senior Recruitment Resourcer position is suited to a supremely organised administrator who enjoys working in a small team and wants plenty of responsibility.




  • Build a stream of available and qualified candidates by successfully attracting and selecting relevant candidates
  • Generate active and passive candidates by effectively advertising, networking, headhunting, and sourcing through the database
  • Utilise the in-house CRM software, handling all administration tasks relating to candidates and clients and maintaining all data and information entered
  • Conduct candidate interviews to better understand their career to date and aspirations to successfully match them to appropriate vacancies, before handing to the Recruitment Consultant
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, regularly providing updates and checking in with them
  • Carry out compliance audits to ensure all candidates are compliant and hold the relevant documentation to work in the UK
  • Manage timesheets and keeping in regular contact with clients to ensure timesheets are accurate
  • Provide ad-hoc administration support to the Recruitment Consultant you're supporting
  • Handle general queries relating to contacts and pay
  • Keeping up to date with knowledge of the sector and general jobs market




  • Suited to an existing Recruitment Resourcer looking for the next step up, or a strong Administrator / Personal Assistant looking for a new challenge
  • Possesses an understanding of sales and an appreciation of the sales environment
  • Recruitment experience isn't essential, however, an understanding or interest within the industry would be beneficial
  • Demonstrates excellent organisation skills, able to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks at once and thrives working in a fast-paced environment
  • An exceptional communicator, able to build rapport and close working relationships with candidates, clients and colleagues, and is professional in their approach
  • Driven and self-motivated, able to achieve targets and meet objectives


Working hours and Benefits package:


  • Work Hours: 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, and one day 9am to 5:30pm
  • Salary guide: Up to £25,000 plus between £300 and £700 commission per month following successful probation
  • Hybrid working, with 4 days in the office and 1 at home
  • 40 days annual leave plus bank holidays
