We are delighted to once again be partnering with this Tamworth-based leader as they look to grow their team by adding two Outbound Customer Service Executives who are enthusiastic about delivering a first-class experience.




  • Performing a high number of outbound calls and contacting customers to successfully collect monies owed
  • Providing customers with efficient and effective solutions that satisfy both parties
  • Taking payments from customers over the phone
  • Handling inbound calls and dealing with queries relating to customer accounts




  • Experience in a telephone-based customer service role
  • Has a record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Confident over the phone, and experienced in handling calls in a professional manner
  • Skilled communicator, who is articulate and capable liaising at all levels


Working hours and Benefits package:


  • Salary guide: £22,000 - £24,500 with on target earnings of £32,500
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm
