These positions are initially offered on a temporary basis through Midas Recruitment for 12 weeks, with the opportunity to transfer onto a permanent contract directly with the company following this period.

What’s in it for you?

• Work hours: Monday to Thursday - 8.30am - 4.30pm (2 x 10 minutes break / 45 minutes lunch)

Friday  - Work from home - 8.30am - 3.35pm (1 x 10 minutes break and 30 minutes lunch)

Telemarketer *Temp - Perm* Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and send emails to businesses, introducing products and services and identifying potential sales opportunities.
• Engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements, identify key decision-makers and establish potential business needs.
• Develop positive relationships with new and existing contacts, building trust and generating interest in the services offered.
• Arrange appointments and meetings for the sales team with businesses that have expressed a genuine interest.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, customer details and follow-up activities using the company CRM system.
• Follow up on previous enquiries and leads to develop opportunities and encourage further engagement.
• Work closely with colleagues to identify new business opportunities and improve the success of sales campaigns.
• Keep up to date with the products, services and markets you are promoting to ensure confident and effective conversations with potential customers.

Telemarketer *Temp - Perm* Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing, business development or a similar sales-focused role.
• Confident and professional telephone manner, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage with potential customers, identify opportunities and confidently promote products and services.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
• A proactive, enthusiastic approach with the motivation to achieve and exceed targets.
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks and follow up on leads effectively.
• Adaptable and quick to learn, with the confidence to work across different industries and understand a variety of customer needs.
• A positive, resilient attitude with the determination to turn conversations into genuine business opportunities.
