Working for this pioneering compnay, the role will support the Operations team with a variety of daily administrative tasks, including handling customer and supplier queries, problem-solving, processing documentation and inputting information through to payment.
The role requires strong organisation, the ability to prioritise a changing workload, and excellent attention to detail. Delivering a positive customer experience is key to maintaining strong client relationships.

Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales and Operations teams with diary management, tasks and day-to-day administration.
- Accurately prepare, check and send customer, supplier and funder documentation.
- Calculate and input figures accurately in line with relevant yields, schemes and products.
- Complete internal checks, searches and requirements.
- Resolve customer and supplier queries efficiently and professionally.
- Accurately input information into internal and third-party systems, ensuring documentation is complete for payment.
Operations Coordinator Skills and Experience:
- Strong administration skills which have been honed within a similar position
- Naturally well-organised with the ability to meet deadlines and juggle a busy workload
- Detail-orientated, able to work with accuracy and possesses a keen eye for detail
- Able to work on own initiative, but thrives most when working within a team and collaborating
- A skilled communicator who is confident liaising at all levels, in person and over the phone
- Approachable and helpful with a positive and enthusiastic approach to work
