Sales Executive Responsibilities:

 

  • Proactively engage with prospective clients through high-volume outbound calls, building rapport quickly, qualifying opportunities, and carrying out detailed fact-finding to gain to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives
  • Listen carefully to prospects, ask insightful questions, and take a consultative approach to understand their priorities, allowing you to present tailored solutions that add value and address their needs
  • Confidently engage with key decision makers, promoting solutions, handling objections, and influencing decisions to secure new business and drive growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with your accounts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and maximise long-term account value
  • Work toward ambitious sales targets, consistently striving to meet and exceed KPIs, conversions, and revenue
  • Manage your sales pipeline, keeping accurate records of activity, opportunities, and follow-ups, ensuring no opportunity is missed and all prospects are contacted regularly

 

Sales Executive Skills and Experience:

 

  • A highly-driven, target focused Sales Executive with a genuine hunger to success and an unwavering desire to consistently deliver results, exceed targets, and maximise earning potential
  • Previous experience in an outbound sales, telesales, business development, or lead generation role, with a strong track record of identifying customer needs, uncovering business opportunities, and influencing decisions
  • A confident and professional communicator with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to confidently pick up the phone, open conversations, build rapport, and convert conversations into sales
  • A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is motivated by both personal success and being part of a winning, close-knit team
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and proactive, with the determination to push through and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
