You'll join a close-knit, friendly team of 10, and will play a key role as the bridge between sales and underwriting, making sure everything is in place so the team can deliver their best work and achieve results. It's a role that really matters, and one that's valued across the entire business.

Proposals Administrator Responsibilities:
- Act as a key link between the sales, underwriting, and operations teams, ensuring each deal progresses smoothly to completion
- Collaborate with the sales team to review prospective proposals, gathering, clarifying, and fully understanding all required information and the proposal offered
- Carry out detailed checks on proposals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements
- Conduct background searches using tools such as Experian, Land Registry, Companies House, Charity Commission, and CreditSafe
- Work closely with underwriters to ensure all necessary information is available, and completing additional searches where required
- Refer incomplete proposals back to the operations team, proactively following up to obtain missing details
- Accurately input proposal data into the CRM system to support automated decision-making
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the risk team
Proposals Administrator Skills and Experience:
- Eager to build a long-term career within a professional environment, with a strong interest in administration
- Enthusiastic and proactive learner, keen to absorb knowledge from colleagues and develop new skills
- Motivated by progression, whether into senior administration, sales, underwriting, coding, or other areas of the business
- Technically proficient, with solid MS Office skills and the confidence to navigate multiple systems
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately input and manage data
- Holds English and Maths GCSEs
