New Business Telesales Executive Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with potential business customers via phone and email to uncover and develop new commercial opportunities
- Take a targeted, strategic approach to drive business growth while maximising existing accounts
- Build, nurture and maintain strong client relationships to fully understand business needs and present tailored solutions
- Confidently and successfully close sales over the phone
- Collaborate closely with the Team Leader to develop and deliver effective business development strategies
- Qualify and pass high-quality leads to relevant internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Accurately log sales activity, manage your pipeline, and track performance using the CRM system
New Business Telesales Executive Skills and Experience:
- Experienced in all aspects of business development, with previous experience gained in a New Business role or as aTelesales Executive with a focus on business development
- A good business sense with an understanding of sales methodologies and the commercial market
- Has a history of spotting opportunities and capitalising on them
- Tenacious, resilient, and enthusiastic - the type to jump in, bring ideas to the table, and keep up with the fast-pace of the role and company
- Excellent communicator, confident in building rapport and handling objections
- Proven experience of meeting and exceeding targets
