Junior Sales Responsibilities:

• Proactively make outbound calls to identify potential business opportunities and pass qualified leads to the Account Manager
• Support the wider sales team by researching prospects and gathering key information
• Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, successfully contributing to long-term account growth
• Effectively represent the company by promoting products and services in a professional manner
• Work towards agreed targets, aiming to exceed expectations
• Support basic sales administration and ensure accurate recording of calls, leads, and general sales activity

Junior Sales Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in B2B sales or a target-driven outbound calling role
• Confident making outbound calls and identifying opportunities
• Strong administration skills, able to keep on top of the CRM and potential leads
• Naturally ambitious, proactive, and motivated to hit targets
• Resilient with a positive, 'can-do' attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• An enthusiastic team player, who can work on own initiative
