Sales Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding market presence and business growth
- Drive vendor relationships, building lasting relationships that maximise account growth
- Create and implement effective business and sales strategies, aiming to increase revenue from new and existing accounts
- Negotiate contracts with new partners and successfully close deals that are beneficial to all parties
- Represent the company in person and over the phone and effectively promote the company's products and services
- Work towards agreed monthly sales targets, always striving to achieve and exceed expectations
Sales Account Manager Skills and Experience:
- Previous B2B sales experience within the finance or capital equipment sectors is a must
- Skilled in all areas of sales and enjoys the business development side of sales
- Has an understanding and appreciation of compliance, and can work within a regulated environment
- Naturally ambitious and target-driven, enjoys working in a targeted environment and has a history of surpassing targets
- Resilient and proactive, brings a 'can-do' attitude and plenty of enthusiasm, and isn't one to let a 'no' deter them
- Superb communication skills, can liaise and negotiate at all levels
- A natural influencer with the ability to negotiate
