What’s in it for you?

 

  • Work hours: Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm, Friday: 9am to 3pm
  • Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 plus commission
  • 7.5% commission on profit monthly, and a further 7.5% commission annually, based on targets being met
  • 33 days holiday including bank holiday and Christmas shutdown

Sales Executive Responsibilities:

 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring regular contact to strengthen partnerships and maximise account potential
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by actively listening to customer needs and recommending tailored products and services
  • Prepare detailed, accurate quotes using the CRM system, following up promptly, and resolving queries to successfully close sales
  • Proactively generate new business by reaching out to prospective customers through calls and emails
  • Reconnect with lapsed clients to rebuild relationships and uncover fresh opportunities
  • Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone and email, providing an exceptional customer experience every time
  • Keep all customer records and sales documentation up to date, ensuring accurate reporting
  • Prepare clear, insightful reports for monthly sales meetings to track progress and highlight new opportunities

 

Sales Executive Skills and Experience:

 

  • Proven sales experience, and confident managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and business development to upselling, negotiating, and closing sales
  • A strong understanding of the entire sales process and thrives in working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Motivated by results, thrives on exceeding targets and takes pride in delivering outstanding experience
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone and uncovering new opportunities
  • Self-motivated and proactive, always looking for ways to add value
  • A natural people-person with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers at all levels
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office packages
