As Internal Sales Support, you'll enjoy a varied role that blends sales and administration. Whether you're an experienced Sales Executive who's comfortable handling admin, or a Sales Administrator ready to take on some outbound calling, this opportunity gives you the best of both worlds.
What’s in it for you?
- Work Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8am to 5pm; Friday: 8am to 4pm
- Salary: £26,000 plus a performance-related bonus which gives you the opportunity to earn an additional £2000 per annum
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays and 3 days to be taken at Christmas

Internal Sales Support Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for incoming queries, providing friendly and professional support to customers
- Process and track orders to make sure everything runs smoothly and customers get exactly what they need
- Follow up on quotes with the aim of turning interest into sales
- Provide essential admin support to the wider sales team, keeping everything organised and on track
- Build and maintain regular customer contact, developing strong and lasting relationships
- Research and identify new opportunities, generating leads through platforms like LinkedIn and Google
- Pick up the phone to make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, uncovering new opportunities and encouraging sales
- Act as the link between customers and the technical team, ensuring every query is handled quickly and accurately
Internal Sales Support Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a sales support, sales administration, or internal sales role
- Confident communicator who is comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and via email
- Strong relationship building skills, able to develop trust and build rapport quickly
- Good attention to detail with a knack for administration, able to manage quotes, orders, and customer records
- Proactive and adaptable, happy to get involved in both sales and administration tasks
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- A positive attitude, with a team mentality
