We're looking for a Senior Sales Administrator to be at the heart of the team, providing exceptional support to Account Managers and Account Directors and helping them deliver their very best.

What’s in it for you?
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with an hour lunch
- Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 plus commission, circa £200/£300 per month

Senior Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the new business team to handle all administration relating to sales
- Use your understanding of the finance products on offer to prepare quotes
- Support a team of Account Managers and Account Directors with marketing activities to generate new business
- Use your understanding of funder criteria and rates to package proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, funders, and customers, keeping everyone updated throughout the process
- Manage dealer accounts and develop existing dealer relationships to secure new and future revenue
- Support customers with queries and deliver positive outcomes
- Work with sales, accounts, and underwriting teams to keep processes smooth and accurate
- Run reports to track monthly targets and ensure all data is accurate
- Maintain the CRM and all documentation, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, and in line with regulations
- Support the wider team with administration tasks when necessary
Senior Sales Administrator Skills and Experience:
- Strong administration and previous experience, gained within finance sales/finance sector
- Experience supporting in a busy sales environment with a natural drive to hit targets
- Highly organised with excellent planning skills, able to juggle priorities and keep on top of deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in everything you do
- Sales minded, motivated by targets and energised by success
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and stays calm under pressure
