What’s in it for you?

• Work hours: 7:30am - 5pm term time (39 weeks of the year); 8am - 1pm or 11am - 4pm during all school holidays
• Salary: £24,000 plus excellent commission structure

Junior Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:

• Perform outbound warm and cold B2B calls to existing and prospective clients and candidates
• Keep in touch with existing clients to establish their staffing needs and maximise on existing business
• Maintain regular contact with candidates to determine their availability
• Source and screen high-quality candidates, assessing their suitability to jobs
• Create job adverts and advertise vacancies across various job applications
• Support with the interview process, which includes arranging interviews, preparing candidates, and taking feedback
• Handle all administration, including formatting CVs and performing right to work checks
• Work toward agreed targets

Junior Recruitment Consultant Skills and Experience:

• Proven sales superstars! Has a track record of success in a telephone-based sales role, and you'll know how to sell
• Recruitment experience isn't essential, although an interest in the recruitment sector will help your application stand out
• A relationship builder who is confident developing new business and nurturing existing clients, and can strike up a conversation with anyone
• Fearless on the phone, not shy of picking up the phone and uncovering opportunities
• Driven, resilient, and determined, must be the type who genuinely loves the thrill of sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Ambitious and career-focused, you will want a career path where you can take ownership and run your own desk
