This Telemarketing Team Leader role isn't about sitting back and letting things tick over. Instead, you'll be the one making sure the team runs smoothly, stepping in when needed, and squeezing the most out of every customer interaction, so that conversion rates continue to soar.

Telemarketing Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility as the Diary Manager and Telemarketing Manage, during times of absence and acting as a go-to for the rest of the telemarketing team
- Help the team keep up to date with their leads, stepping in to qualify leads and appointments, when needed, and ensuring all follow ups are tracked
- Be on hand to support the telemarketing team, sharing your expertise and providing guidance on products and services, and general telemarketing techniques
- Follow up with customers who have shown interest in the company's products to qualify leads and book appointments
- Collaborate with specific field-based Consultants, using your geographical know-how to book appointments and making sure every appointment slot is booked every day
- Handle administration, emails, data entry - all the usual!
- Share insights and feedback with the senior team and identifying areas of improvement
Telemarketing Team Leader Skills and Experience:
- You're comfortable picking up the phone and have previous telesales or telemarketing experience
- You know how to convert and have proven appointment booking skills
- Target-driven, you love having a target to work towards and have the drive needed to meet them - exceeding them would be even better
- Reslience and positivity oozes within you, you don't let 'no's' get in the way
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to liaise at all levels and build rapport
- Exceptional organisation skills, you can juggle diaries, manage leads, and can keep track of everything
- A team player, happy to step in, support colleagues, and share your knowledge
