Telesales Executive Responsibilities:

• Drive sales activity by supporting Account Managers
• Smash out high-volume outbound calls to warm leads
• Spot customer needs and turn them into opportunities
• Build relationships with decision-makers
• Pass quality leads to the right departments
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date

Telesales Executive Skills and Experience:

• Proven telesales experience, you're confident picking up the phone and making things happen
• Professional, engaging, and confident telephone manner
• Organised and admin-savvy, able to quickly pick up databases and ensure they are maintained
• Target-driven, determined and resilient, you love results and always push for them
• Positive, energetic, and hungry to earn big and succeed
