Collections Executive Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to customers and agreeing solutions for payments owed
• Delivering excellent service while balancing customer needs with company goals
• Handling inbound calls to resolve account queries with professionalism
• Taking secure payments over the phone
• Keeping customer accounts accurate and up to date

Collections Executive Skills and Experience:

• Experience in a customer service or credit control phone-based role
• Has a track record of providing first-class service
• Confident using Microsoft Office and updating systems
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone in a clear, professional way
• A strong communicator who builds rapport with ease
