Exciting changes means that there is an immediate need for a Temporary Sales Administrator to join this company that sits within a fun, exciting sector.

 

An opportunity to gain exposure to a busy sales environment, you'll join an established market leader as they undergo a period of transformation, on hand to support a team of Account Managers and Sales Managers.

 

Please note this position is temporary until Christmas with the potential to become permanent.

 

What’s in it for you?

 

  • Work hours: Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5pm and Friday 8.45am to 4pm
  • Salary: £13 to £14 per hour
  • Hybrid: Office-based Tue, Wed and other day optional
  • Potential for the role to go permanent

 

*TEMP* Sales Adminstrator Responsibilities:

 

  • Create and maintain products across internal and external platforms, ensuring all details are accurate
  • Manage the set up and sign off of added-value services, ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Build and approve product bundles that meet customer needs, making sure each product is ready for sale
  • Oversee the end-to-end order process, from liaising with customers to take orders to ensuring all orders are processed and delivered
  • Monitor incoming orders and stock availability
  • Track lead times, liaising with customers to ensure expectations are met
  • Support the roll out of new product releases
  • Ensure all pricing information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activity, order status, and sales performance
  • Provide additional administration support as required to help the sales team

 

*TEMP* Sales Adminstrator Skills and Experience:

 

  • Previous administration experience, preferably gained within a sales environment although this isn't essential
  • Proficient in all MS Office packages, particularly Excel. If you're comfortable with formulas, VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables will set you apart.
  • Excellent attention to detail, able to work with accuracy
  • A team player who is confident communicating across departments
  • Exceptional organisation skills, able to juggle multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines
  • Happy to hit the ground running, with a 'roll your sleeves up and get stuck in' attitude
  • Holds GCSEs in English and Maths
