One of the largest independent finance businesses is once again growing its sales team and is looking for two Sales Executives to join its team. Because of their credibility within the industry, you'll be selling from a position of strength and will enjoy a professional but friendly culture, in a team of ambitious people who all know how to have a laugh and are hungry to earn the big bucks.

• Work hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 5:30pm, Friday 9am to 5:00pm, office-based

Sales Executive Responsibilities:

• Hunt down new business opportunities
• Build relationships that prosper and grow
• Spot what a client needs and sell them the right solution
• Handle the paperwork, with the support of a dedicated admin team
• Get to grips with what a customer needs
• Close sales, navigate objections and handle queries like a pro
• Hit and beat targets

Sales Executive Skills and Experience:

• Someone who loves selling, loves the chase, loves closing a sale, and loves the commission
• Someone who is not afraid of picking up the phone
• Someone who has plenty of drive and resilience and can hold their own
• Previous sales and business development experience is a must
• Knowledge of the finance industry, its products and services would be an advantage but not essential
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills should come as standard
