Merchandiser Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of designated product areas, driving strategies to maximise sales and margin
• Partner with the buying team to support the build of balanced, commercial ranges through data-driven insights
• Collate and analyse sales and seasonal performance to highlight trends, must-haves, and best sellers
• Manage WSSI for allocated categories, ensuring accurate forecasting
• Take action to reduce terminal stock and maximise availability
• Collaborate with the warehouse and merchandising teams to optimise stock flow
• Support the planning and execution of promotional activity in line with company strategy
• Share KPIs and performance insights with the wider merchandising and buying teams, escalating risks where necessary

Merchandiser Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience as a Merchandiser in a retail or e-commerce environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Confident in WSSI management, OTB, and margin planning
• Commercially minded with a proactive, problem-solving approach
• Excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for detail
