Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
- Use your excellent administrative skills to provide hands-on, high-level support to the on-site sales team
- Take ownership of all administrative tasks related to property sales, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant with regulations
- Serve as an internal point of contact, coordinating communication between contractors, legal teams, and production teams
- Maintain databases and relevant systems by entering accurate data and ensuring customer details are up to date and reflect current sales activity
- Conduct research to develop insightful competitor analysis and produce comprehensive sales reports
Sales Administrator Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator is essential, ideally within the property or estate agency sector
- Professional and confident, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
- Positive, proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and use initiative
- Team player who thrives in a support role, working hard to help the team succeed and meet goals
- Strong IT skills, confident using Microsoft Office. Experience with COINS is preferred but not essential
