Based in Lichfield, and supporting companies with their staffing needs across the Midlands, this specialist recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Temp Recruitment Consultant to join its vibrant team.

  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:30am to 5pm during term time, and 8am to 1pm or 11am to 4pm during school holidays
  • Salary guide: £26,000 - £30,000 with 10% commission

Temp Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:

 

  • Performing outbound B2B calls to potential clients, identifying the decision maker and introducing the services the company is able to provide
  • Keeping in touch with existing clients to establish their staffing needs and maximising on existing business
  • Identifying leads via LinkedIn and company websites
  • Sourcing high-quality staff, before conducting registrations and screening to assess suitability for vacancies
  • Booking and managing the interview process for clients
  • Conducting detailed interview preps with candidates
  • Providing and receiving feedback from both clients and candidates
  • Formatting CVs to present candidates to best advantage
  • Advertising vacancies across job boards and managing applications
  • Ensuring all candidates adhere with compliance regulations and have the right to work in the UK
  • Working towards and achieving agreed targets

 

Temp Recruitment Consultant Skills and Experience:

 

  • Previous experience gained as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally gained within the education industry
  • Proven track record of placing temporary staff and working within fast-paced environments
  • Enjoys sales and account management and possesses a history of exceeding KPIs and targets
  • Strong communication skills, able to liaise with candidates and clients of all levels
