A really exciting opportunity has arisen for a Hospitality Account Executive to join a company within the hospitality sector for a period of 6 months.

Hospitality Account Executive - 6 Month Contract Responsibilities:
- Daily management of hospitality accounts, taking responsibility for selling hospitality packages to existing and new clients, which include seasonal packages, match-by-match packages and hospitality events.
- Develop strong working relationships, provide a top-class professional service and maintain regular contact with clients, communicating relevant updates, offers, and changes to ensure guests are kept fully informed
- Meet and exceed agreed targets, this includes revenue targets, sales targets, call targets and appointment targets, reporting figures to your manager and internal department to aid future pipelines
- Seek out new business opportunities and act upon them appropriately, this involves networking with guests, referrals, lapsed bookers, and known business contacts
- Handle the full sales process from handling initial conversations through to booking, payments, matchday meetings and follow-up calls
- Actively use all relevant systems, ensuring that all procedures are followed, communications are recorded, potential leads are followed up, and sales are processed correctly
- Take an active matchday role, conducting site tours and matchday meetings, and being a point of contact for clients, ensuring they are happy and issues are communicated and resolved quickly
- Support with sales-related administration and matchday preparation, including booking onto systems, printing and posting tickets, hospitality area checks, and away ticket processing
Hospitality Account Executive - 6 Month Contract Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a sales / account management role and target-driven environment, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets and an innate ability to negotiate
- Experience gained within a sports, events, hospitality or luxury sector would be a distinct advantage
- Able to deliver excellent customer service, with an ability to deliver clear, concise and accurate information to internal and external stakeholders and the general public
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and experience of using CRM systems
- Works well under pressure and to deadlines, able to multitask and prioritise
- Driven with a positive attitude, and an ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally gained in an Account Manager position
