Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

• Performing a high volume of outbound calls to reach and surpass monthly personal and company-wide sales targets
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell a variety of wide variety of products the company and wider group offers
• Increasing deals from suppliers and passing these to the sales team
• Continually forging relationships with customers and suppliers, providing a professional service and consistently delivering first-class customer service
• Maintaining data and ensuring all information captured and held is compliant and up to date
• Adhering to all industry-related compliance regulations

Business Development Manager Skills and Experience:

• Target-driven and results-orientated with a desire to succeed and surpass expectations and targets
• A team player who enjoys working collaboratively and is confident working independently
• Commercially minded, with experience in sales and a professional, confident telephone manner
• Strong administration skills and boasts a keen eye for detail
• Always willing to go the extra mile for the company and its customers
