Midas Recruitment are delighted to be exclusively partnering with this established, innovative, international, complex, industrial group who wish to hire a UK based Accountant to be the Finance Manager for its German business. This is a key role in an environmentally-friendly organisation, which has exciting growth plans.

What’s in it for you?

• Salary: Up to £70,000 plus bonus
• The company operates a remote/hybrid work model
• The Finance Manager will however be willing to visit the operational site in Germany and the European HQ in the Birmingham area, as required by the business need

German Speaking Finance Manager Responsibilities:

• Being a strong business partner to the German management team
• Developing the budget and forecasts
• Delivering the monthly financial results (P&L, balance sheet, KPI's) with 'add-value' commentary, analysis & recommendations
• Managing cash-flow and working capital requirements
• Ensuring effective financial and administrative control during a growth period
• Liaising with the Head Office finance team

German Speaking Finance Manager Skills and Experience:

• The company seeks an experienced Accountant for this important international role.
• Prior experience in financial control and reporting in an industrial/manufacturing setting is most desirable.
• The ability to clearly deliver financial insight in both English and German languages is required.
• You will be an enthusiastic, 'hands-on' problem-solver, with excellent commercial acumen, and good people skills.
