An exciting opportunity for a Sales Account Manager who is eager to join a company that offers great earning potential and a dedicated training and development programme.




Our client is a hugely successful National service provider founded in the 1960s and has grown rapidly over recent years, they currently employ over 3,000 staff. Dealing with customers ranging from single site SMEs to multi-national chains through to small independent retailers, they offer the same great level of service to all.




  • Drive the customer contact strategy plan through to protect and grow business from a portfolio of existing customers  
  • Renew, retain, develop, and close sales deals over the phone
  • Accurately forecast and deliver against revenue targets
  • Focus on the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of sales activity, not just the quantity
  • Work closely with Customer Service and Operations Centres to ensure customers receive a best-in-class service and ensure cancellations are kept to a minimum
  • Pass prospects and leads of the appropriate level to the relevant Telesales New Business Consultant   
  • Use targeted Marketing campaigns to unlock the growth potential in your named accounts




  • Proven track record in an outbound telephone-based position
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbally
  • Builds rapport with customers easily
  • Demonstrate an understanding of sales methodologies
  • IT literate in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Ideal candidates will have worked in a Telesales, Sales Executive, Account Management, or other outbound B2B position


Working hours and Benefits package:


  • Working hours:
    • Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm with 2 x 15-minute breaks and a ½ hour lunch
  • 23 Days holiday + bank holidays
  • Realistic, achievable OTE of £35,000 with a guaranteed base salary of £23,478
