Our client's business has boomed in recent years and due to organic and steady expansion they are now searching for an Internal Sales Account Manager.

 

Overview:

 

Our client is an independent business, offering over 50 years of knowledge in their field of expertise. They offer a reliable service and high level of customer service to all customers and clients, making them excel in all facilities they provide.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts, leading interactions with customers to establish strong relationships, secure future partnerships, and maximise profitability
  • Using your exceptional sales and account management experience to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers
  • Building rapport and forging close working relationships with new and existing customers, gaining an understanding of customer needs which will enable you to provide tailored solutions
  • Making sure no opportunity is missed by following up on leads and converting them into sales
  • Continually looking at ways to maximise sales and profitability
  • Managing the CRM, ensuring all data it is up to date and accurate
  • Preparing quotations for potential business and following up on outstanding quotations
  • Supporting with all inbound enquiries, resolving queries in person, over the phone, or via email
  • Handling administration tasks related to the sale, this could involve negotiating and processing orders

 

Experience:

 

  • Experience gained in a busy sales environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales and meeting KPIs
  • Confident in account handling and seeing the sales process through from initial enquiry to delivery
  • Able to spot an opportunity and take advantage of it, always looking at ways to increase profitability
  • Happy to undertake elements of new business and not afraid to cold call when needed
  • A target driven and enthusiastic self- starter who is motivated and enjoys working in fast-paced sales environment

 

 

Working hours and Benefits package:

 

  • Working Hours:
    • Monday to Friday
  • Salary: £29,679 plus uncapped commission
