Duties for the role of New Business Lead Qualifier:

Working in the Corporate Distribution Team, the function of the role is to assist in resourcing, researching and nurturing new business opportunities with the view to bringing them to the point where they want to engage and speak to one of the Company’s product specialists.

  • Research and develop new business opportunities from a range of sources, including web page, marketing and various campaigns
  • Establish rapport and build strong relationships with potential customers
  • Nurture un-qualified leads moving them through a cycle of ongoing contact until they reach a defined quality level
  • Pass  qualified  leads to the appropriate member of the Corporate Distribution Team
  • Through ongoing research of and insight into our own client data develop targeted lead generation opportunities
  • Manage online diary collaborating with the Corporate Distribution Consultants
  • Ensure lead data is current and up to date
  • Record all customer activity using a CRM system

 

Experience required:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent at grade A - C
  • Current driving licence
  • Previous experience of working in a similar, outbound role
  • Used to offereing a high level of customer support and service to customers

 

Working hours and Benefits package:

The role will be based on a hybrid model where you will be working in the office 2-3 days per week and working from home the remainder. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 4:45pm
