Duties for the Business Development Executive:

  • Securing HP, Leasing and Capital Equipment Loans to achieve new business targets
  • Making outbound Telephone Calls to existing and potential Clients
  • Turning enquiries and leads into Business Deals
  • Liaise with funders as required in order to place business
  • Follow up on all leads and opportunities
  • Respect and forge good relationships with funders and internal customers
  • Comply with any regulatory requirements


Experience required for the Business Development Executive:

  • Previous experience of outbound telesales or telemarketing within a B2B environment
  • Experience within Finance or Banking would be a good advantage
  • You must be a Target driven Person and a high achiever
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Organised with an eye for detail
  • Drive and determination to make it happen


As the Business Development Executive, working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with ½ hour for lunch. Basic salary is £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience with a first years OTE of circa £40k
